If you don't know Steven Park yet, now's a good time to get familiar with him.  An ENT who focuses on sleep and breathing issues, he authored "Sleep Interrupted" here, runs a biweekly webinar on sleep issues, teaches at Montefiore, and wrote this clever article last year that should be read by all.

  1. Thanks for reminding me of this post. I'm a regular reader of Dr. Park's blog and have listened to many of his weekly webinars. I read the 7 Ways post when it came out, but I've been forgetting (or ignoring) the late night snack and/or evening glass of wine too often lately.

    I've been using Motion X sleep analyzer/alarm app on my iPhone for the past month and a half, and the data it collects while I sleep often shows correlations when I keep bad sleep habits and have poor sleep quality.
